A lifelong resident of South Jersey, Mr. Minato graduated from Bridgeton High School, Rutgers University and Rutgers School of Law. He clerked for the Honorable William L. Forester in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Minato has also served as in-house counsel for JPMorgan Chase Bank and a boutique title company, handling real estate, mortgage banking and title litigation. Mr. Minato also worked as a senior attorney in a regional New Jersey law firm, where he handled residential and commercial real estate acquisitions He is experienced in all areas of real estate law and has participated in hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout South Jersey.
As an experienced business advocate, Mr. Minato has handled business formations, company disputes and dissolutions. He is an experienced estates practitioner and handles estate planning and administration cases.
Mr. Minato’s extensive litigation experience includes business disputes, real estate title litigation, consumer fraud litigation, emergent applications, mediations, trials and appeals, in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Minato lives in Mount Laurel. He formerly served on the Winslow Township County Committee and Environmental Commission. He also served on the Police Department’s inter-community outreach group.
